| Dan Felter was one of OLGA's co-founders in November of 2005. He is Chief Executive Officer
of opt-in advertising company Opt-Intelligence, Inc., (www.opt-intelligence.com)
which he and a partner launched in June 2003. Prior to that, Felter was Vice President of Online
Services at Cross Media Marketing. Before joining Cross Media, Felter headed East Coast sales at Get
Relevant. His began his online lead generation career at Hotsocket in 1999 after earning a B.S. in
Operations Management from Boston University. Felter is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and to
Wall Street firms that cover Internet advertising. |

| Josh Perlstein is President of Response Media (www.responsemedia.com) and is the
leader of the company's Interactive Services division. In this role he has guided such advertisers as AT&T, Capital One, IBM,

| Since 2001, Eric Obeck has served as President of SendTec, Inc. (www.sendtec.com),
an independent ad agency specializing in multichannel integrated direct response advertising. In 1998, Obeck co-founded
eAngler.com, which in 2000 became the largest online destination for fishing and boating enthusiasts. He has also served as
President & CEO of Mid-Coast Dental Services, Inc., which owned and operated the largest chain of dental offices in the
Mid-Atlantic States; as well as Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking at Barnett Banks, Inc. Obeck holds a B.A. in
Economics from Washington & Lee University, speaks regularly at national advertising and media industry events and
frequently writes for various publications on topics related to online marketing and lead generation. |

| Craig Johnson is a Director of Monster.com (www.monster.com). With more than a
decade of experience in the interactive marketing industry, he has worked for companies such as Avenue A | Razorfish,
Performics, Kraft Foods and TMP Worldwide, leading client marketing efforts solely focused on the online space. His current
work with Monster.com is focused on the development of an emerging product as well as directing the efforts for the company's
